2. Condition Grades (Cosmetic Only)
Grades reflect cosmetic condition only. There are four grades, from highest to lowest.

Open Box / Official New
Has never been used since leaving the factory.

Like New
Almost new. It may have minor, barely noticeable scratches or blemishes.

Premium / A Grade
May have light blemishes. For example, there may be one or two scratches or minor discolouration on the frame. Faint scratches may be visible on the screen when held up to the light. All parts are genuine.

Excellent
May show reasonable signs of wear or discolouration, such as small scratches and marks on the frame or screen. All parts are genuine.

3. Functional Issues (Noted Separately)
Functional issues are independent of the cosmetic grade and can occur in any grade. If a product has any of the following, it will be clearly stated in the product listing:
