There are four grades, from highest to lowest:

Open Box / Official New
Unused since leaving the factory. The packaging may have been opened.

Like New
May have very minor cosmetic imperfections, with little to no noticeable signs of use.

Premium / A Grade
May show light signs of use, such as minor surface scratches or small blemishes.

Excellent
May show noticeable signs of use, including visible scratches, marks or other cosmetic wear.

3. Parts & Functional Notes
Parts-related messages and functional issues are separate from cosmetic grades. Where applicable, the product listing will disclose:
